Transition: Life After High School – Coming Soon

Transitioning – Leading a Rewarding Life After High School is something everyone, regardless of whether they have a disability or not, has to do.  This self-paced, online course is intended for high school students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or a 504 Plan with a goal toward independent living.

Whether you are planning to go to work, become active in your community, attend a technical or vocational school, or seek an associates’ or bachelors’ degree; there are specific common skills necessary to fulfilling your potential. This course will teach you those skills and provide you with opportunities to practice them at your own pace.

There are seven units in Transitioning – Leading a Rewarding Life After High School with an activity and/or assessment at the end of each unit. These activities are designed to help you lead the life you want after leaving high school.
