How to Succeed in College – Coming Soon

How to succeed in College is a self-paced, online course for high school students with an Individualized Education Program (IEP) or a 504 Plan with the goal of continuing their education.

All colleges and universities in the United States are required to provide accommodations for admitted students with disabilities, and to provide accessible learning materials in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Rehabilitation Act.

The online course will explore the challenges of completing a college education as a student with a diagnosed disability, disability law as it pertains to your college education, how to access support services, how to navigate the complexities of higher education, and finally, how to succeed as a college student.

There are four units in “How to Succeed in College” with an activity at the end of each unit. These activities are designed to reinforce the skills and knowledge you need to succeed in higher education.
